"Works okay, but struggles with harder produce"
I’ve noticed it does fine with softer fruits and veggies, but it sometimes stalls when I try to push through harder produce like carrots or apples. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but it does make the process a bit frustrating. Personally, I’d say it’s decent for lighter use, but I wouldn’t choose it if you plan to use it mostly for tougher ingredients...

"Order Came Exactly Right"
My order from Kuvings USA showed up just as expected, tbh. I got the exact juicer model I picked, plus all the extra parts I added, and everything matched the receipt. The shipping box was in good shape and the stuff inside was packed well. I was a little nervous ordering online, lol, but it all went smoothly and nothing was missing. Didn’t even have to contact support, which is always a win IMO

"Solid little upgrade for my kitchen"
I was pleasantly surprised by how solid this juicer feels. It has some weight to it and definitely doesn’t come across as cheap. The plastic parts are nice and thick, and the metal pieces seem well made too. One part of the lid feels a little lighter than the rest, but overall the build quality is really good. Small win for me: it actually looks and feels like something I’ll keep using instead of stuffing it in a cabinet after a week.

"The juice just tastes fresher now"
I ordered from kuvingsusa.com, and reading between the lines, the big difference for me is really the taste. Apples, carrots, and greens come out smooth and fresh instead of thin or watery like they did with my old juicer. My kids are actually drinking the juice now too, which says a lot. Cleanup is fine, nothing too crazy, but the flavor is what made me glad I bought it

"Easy to Rinse and Use Daily"
I really like how fast this rinses out after I'm done using it. There aren't a bunch of tiny little parts to deal with, which is such a relief. It makes juicing every day feel way less annoying.

"Looks nice and doesn’t take over the counter"
I was a little worried it would feel bulky once I put it in my kitchen, but it actually looks really clean and fits on my counter better than I expected. It’s easy to just leave out, which I appreciate because I hate when appliances make the whole space feel cluttered. This one doesn’t crowd the kitchen at all, and that made me feel a lot better about keeping it out every day.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my Kuvings juicer and expected the return process to be a bit of a pain. Thankfully, customer support got back to me quickly and explained exactly what I needed to do. I sent the part back and had my refund a few days later. Nothing over the top, just a smooth and straightforward experience. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Got it put together without too much hassle, but the instructions could definitely be clearer. I had to sit there for a bit and figure out a couple parts on my own. Not a total nightmare or anything, just took longer than I thought it would. Overall, it’s fine, just not as quick and easy as I was hoping

It works well, and I’m not saying it’s a bad product at all. I’ve used it without any real issues, so credit where it’s due. I just feel like for the price, I’m not totally convinced it’s worth it. Maybe it depends on what you’re expecting, but personally I was hoping for a little more.

I reached out to Kuvings because I had a question about my order, and I’ll admit I was a bit impatient, but I feel like it was reasonable since it involved something I’d already paid for. It took a couple of days to hear back, and I ended up following up once just to keep things moving. To be fair, they did respond and were polite when they got back to me, so it wasn’t a bad experience by any means. I just wish the response time had been a little quicker. Overall, it was fine, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I’ve noticed with this kind of product that the pulp usually tells you a lot about how efficient it is, and this one leaves it a bit wetter than I was hoping for. It still works okay overall and gets the job done, but I kind of expected it to extract more. Not bad, just not quite as dry as I had in mind.

Just a warning for anyone on the fence: this juicer gets a surprising amount of juice out of leafy greens. I wasn’t expecting much, but it handled them really well and didn’t feel like I was wasting a bunch of produce.

"Works Fine, But the Prep Is Annoying"
The juicer itself works well, but the feed chute is smaller than I thought it would be. I was hoping I could toss in apples and carrots with minimal cutting, but nope, the goalposts kind of moved there. I still have to chop things down more than I wanted, which makes the whole process a bit more annoying. It’s not a bad juicer, just not as convenient as I expected.

Kuvings USA Q&A
It’s amazing. Easily put together, easy to take apart and clean. It is a slow press masticating juicer. Uses an auger, to press. (Sometimes I put the pulp through 1 more time if it’s very wet. ). I feel it’s worth every penny! Less prep time. Cored and peel apples can go in whole. Peeled oranges too. Celery and carrots go through easily. 1 large apple or 1 large orange will yield 1 whole cup of juice . I think that’s pretty good. Very impressed. 😉
